PRIVACY POLICY

 

  1. The aim of the Foundation is to provide the User with the possibility of using all functionalities of the Store with the least possible interference in the User's privacy. In case of using the services offered in the Store, the User will be asked to provide certain personal data, which will be processed by the Foundation in accordance with the rules described below.
  2. The administrator of data provided in the framework of providing services pursuant to these Regulations is the Foundation for Enterprise Development "Twój StartUp" with its registered office in Warsaw (head office address: ul. Crane 6/12, loc. 766,00-503 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under No. 0000442857; NIP: 5213641211; REGON: 146433467.
  3. The Foundation undertakes to protect the personal data of the Store User. The data will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on Providing Electronic Services and other applicable legal regulations.
  4. Providing any personal data is voluntary, provided that providing the data required by the Foundation is necessary to use the full functionality of the store, including placing an offer and concluding a contract of sale. Under the conditions described below, the Foundation may process the personal data entrusted to it in connection with pre-contractual activities and activities related to the service of the contract, in particular, the Foundation has the right to conduct correspondence related to the performance of the contract. The user has the right to access and correct his data at any time.
  5. If the processing of personal data, to which the User's consent is required, is necessary for the provision of a given service and the User has refused to give such consent or has withdrawn such consent, the User will be denied access to this service.
  6. The Foundation reserves the right to terminate the Agreement concluded with the User with immediate effect in the event of the User's failure to perform the Agreement as a result of the User's request to stop processing his personal data.
  7. The Foundation in the case of undertaking the activities referred to in Sec. 6.5. and 6.6.6 of these Terms and Conditions shall not be liable for the results of the User's actions, in particular for the lack of possibility to provide the User with the service.
  8. The Foundation will process personal data entrusted by the User solely for the purpose for which they have been made available and undertakes to keep them confidential and not to disclose them to other entities, unless such disclosure is made on the basis of express authorization by the User or on the basis of generally applicable legal regulations. This obligation shall remain in force also after the termination of the legal relationship between the User and the Foundation.

 

COOKIES FILES

  1. The Store does not automatically collect any information except information contained in cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are computer data, small information sent by the website and stored on the Client's terminal equipment (computer, laptop, smartphone) necessary for proper functioning of the website or functionality, which the Client wishes to use. These files contain various information necessary for the proper functioning of the website, usually the name of the website, its personalisation and login information.
  3. The Store uses cookies to adjust the content of the Store's web pages to the Customer's preferences and to optimize the use of web pages. They allow you to recognize the Customer's device and display a website adapted to the Customer's individual preferences, as well as to create statistics that will help you understand how the Customer uses the Store and thus improve the structure and content of the Store.
  4. The shop divides stored cookies according to the length of time they have been stored in the Customer's terminal equipment and distinguishes them:
  • Temporary cookies - used only during your current session and deleted after the session is closed.
  • Persistent cookies - they are not deleted after the current session is closed and are stored on the Client's computer for a specified period of time or without a period of validity depending on the individual settings of the website owner.
  • The customer may at any time delete the cookies on his or her computer. The Store informs you that removal, disabling or limitation may affect the proper functioning of the Store or some of its components.
  • The shop also distinguishes between cookies in the following way:


  • Functional - enabling proper use of the Store,
  • Security services - enabling safe use of the functionality of the Store,
  • Authenticating - enabling maintenance of the so-called Client's login session,
  • Advertising - enables the display of personalized advertisements,
  • Configuration - allows you to configure the Store's functions and services.

8. Cookies placed in the Store Customer's terminal equipment and used may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the operator of the Store.



NEWSLETTER

  1. The Client may agree to receive commercial information, including commercial information by electronic means, by ticking the appropriate option in the registration form or through the website. If such consent is given, the Customer shall receive a newsletter (Newsletter) of the Store to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
  2. The Client may cancel the Newsletter subscription at any time by submitting a request to the data controller or by clicking on the deactivating link included in each Newsletter message.
