to take any action at your request to conclude a contract and perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation),

marketing and promotion of products offered by the Foundation for Enterprise Development "Twój StartUp" with its registered office in Warsaw, being our legally justified interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation), (if you do not send commercial information, please remove this point)

fulfilling all our legal obligations in connection with the cooperation undertaken (Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation), this objective is related to the legal obligations to keep certain documents for the period specified in the law, e.g:

Article 74, section 2, items 1-8 of the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1858);
Article 34(1) in conjunction with Article 49 of the Act of 1 March 2018 on Counteracting Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Journal of Laws 2018 item 723);
Article 86 §1 and 2 of the Act of 29 August 1997 - Tax Ordinance (Dz. U. 1997 nr 137 poz. 926).
for archival (evidentiary) purposes to secure information in the event of legal need to prove facts, which is our legitimate interest (basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation);
for the purpose of a possible determination, investigation or defence against claims, which is our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation);
for a specific purpose on the basis of your consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more purposes (the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation) - if you consent to the use of your data, the content of that consent will specify for what specific purpose we will process the data.
Please be advised that for the purposes indicated above, we will not perform profiling, i.e. the automated analysis of your data and the preparation of predictions about your preferences or future behavior (profiling means, for example, in the case of marketing profiling, determining which offer you may be most interested in based on your previous choices). In the event of a change in your decision concerning profiling, you will be informed of the above by completing this information and sending it to the e-mail address indicated by you.


In order to conclude a contract, we require the data you provide on the contract/order form (if you do not provide them, we will not conclude a contract/order). In addition, we may ask for optional data that do not affect the conclusion of the contract (if we do not receive them, we will not be able to, for example, call the contact number).

During the duration of the contract, by providing services, we come into possession of other data of yours. The appearance of your personal data on our website is a consequence of the services we provide to you.

When concluding a contract or during the term of the contract, you may additionally, for example, order services not yet covered by the contract. If this requires us to use your data in a manner other than that described in this document, we will, as far as possible, complete and transmit the missing information before we receive the data. Otherwise, the data processing information contained in this document remains current.


Public authorities, to the extent that they do not receive data in the course of a specific legal proceeding (depending on the basis of competence);
Entities that process your personal data on behalf of the Foundation on the basis of an agreement concluded with the Foundation to entrust the processing of personal data (so-called processing entities). These will include: beneficiaries of the Foundation, IT specialists, archiving companies, entities providing banking and payment services, hosting companies.
External data administrators (the so-called Parallel Administrator, to whom the data are made available, e.g. legal advisors and lawyers, entities conducting courier or postal activities, entities purchasing receivables - if you do not pay our invoices on time),
Consignees in a third country or an international organisation


Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing indicated in point 1, i.e:

within the scope of performance of the agreement concluded by you with the Foundation in connection with the activities of ZCP called Magnificent Coffee for the period until the completion of its performance, and thereafter:
in the scope of fulfilling legal obligations incumbent upon the Foundation in connection with conducting legal activity and performance of concluded agreements, for a period defined by law until the time of fulfilling these obligations by the Foundation;
within the scope of internal administrative objectives, for the period until the legitimate interests of the Foundation which constitute the basis for such processing have been fulfilled or until such time as you object to such processing;
in the field of marketing and promotion of services offered by the Administrator - for the period to raise an objection to the processing of data;
within the scope of the given consent - until its withdrawal.
for the period required by law, e.g. for storing specific accounting documentation and specific data in accordance with tax regulations;
for the period resulting from the legally justified interests of the Foundation (i.e. the statute of limitations to secure potential claims),
